Trades AI-QCohort one: 18-19 September 2026

Run your trade business like an AI company

A two-day live online intensive with the founders who run their own company this way. Build your website, lead engine, CRM, follow-up and AI receptionist on accounts you control, working by Saturday afternoon. Then sixty days of weekly calls to dial it in. Live in two days, dialled in over sixty, yours for life.

Ten seats per cohort. Friday and Saturday, live online, Australia and New Zealand.

Cohort one is open

The founding cohort runs 18 and 19 September 2026

Ten businesses, a one-time founding price of $1,997 (AUD, ex GST) instead of $3,997, and both founders in the room. Applications are reviewed personally.

The problem

You are great at the work. The machine around the work is rented

Quoting at night. Invoices on weekends. Calls missed while you are on the tools, and quotes that never get chased. You do not have a work-ethic problem - you have a rented-machine problem, because every fix on offer means paying someone else forever while the knowledge and the assets stay theirs.

Rented leads

The shared-lead race

Marketplace platforms commonly charge $80 to $150 or more for an enquiry that may be sold to several competitors at once. You win a price war or you get nothing.

Shared leads reward whoever quotes cheapest. Your own pipeline rewards whoever responds fastest.
Rented marketing

The retainer treadmill

Agencies commonly charge $2,000-3,500 a month to run ads. The results stop the day the payments do - and you never learn what actually worked.

You keep paying because they keep the machine.
Rented SEO

Reports instead of jobs

Rankings, scores and jargon arrive every month, but the connection to actual enquiries stays foggy. You are paying for a report, not an outcome you can inspect.

A green SEO score is not a booked job.
Rented websites

The ticket queue

A developer build often costs $5,000 or more, and every change after that is a request, a wait and an invoice.

It is your website. You should not need permission to improve it.
Disconnected software

Seventeen tabs, no system

Job management here, quotes there, customer details across inboxes, spreadsheets and staff phones - while the same admin still gets done by hand.

More subscriptions did not create a better business. They created more tabs.
Rented expertise

AI that never becomes a system

Most owners have experimented with AI - a prompt here, a drafted email there. Very few have turned it into a connected system that answers, books, follows up and reports.

Tools are cheap. The connected machine is the asset.

None of this means every agency is dishonest - it means total dependency is expensive, and it is now optional. Nobody knows your business, or sells it, better than you. The trade businesses that own this machine will be very hard to catch, and there is no reason yours should not be one of them.

What it is

Not a course. A build.

Trades AI-Q is done-with-you: we configure your foundations before day one, then spend two live days building the rest together - on your accounts, in your business, with your real services, photos and customers. You leave running it, not planning to.

Before day one

Your account, configured

A two-hour configuration call with a Pipereply implementation consultant: your business phone number, email, calendar and two pipelines set up and tested in your own Pipereply account before the workshop starts.

Day one - Friday

Build the machine

Claude Code fundamentals on your real business, then your website built and live on your own domain by the end of the day - with tracking wired so every enquiry from that night onwards is measured.

Day two - Saturday

Turn it on

Your number starts answering itself, your booking calendar goes to work, a Facebook lead campaign is built in your own ad account, and your AI content engine publishes its first post.

What you build

By Saturday afternoon, the foundation is standing

Not a plan. Not a certificate. Four working parts of one machine - get found, generate demand, win the enquiry, run the business - with honest labels on what is live, what is on, and what is built ready to launch.

Green Coast Solar - a real client website built by Pipereply

A real client website we built: Green Coast Solar (greencoastsolar.com). The trade template pack builds to this standard.

1. Get found

A website you improve by talking to it

  • Your website Live day oneBuilt from our trade template pack on your own domain and hosting - fast, professional and yours outright. Not a site you file tickets against: describe the page you want and it exists minutes later.
  • Service and suburb pages Drafted and structuredOrganised around what you do and where you do it, so a new service or a new suburb is a conversation, not a quote from a developer.
A campaign structure with ad sets and ads, and a performance trend
2. Generate your own demand

The part that ends the dependency

  • Meta lead campaign in your own account Built, ready to launchAssembled live from templates based on what works for trades, with your AI operator helping you write variations and read what is working - the job you would otherwise rent a media buyer for. Launched when you choose, on budget you control.
  • A content engine that keeps publishing First post publishedBlog and social posts written for your trade and your suburbs, queued a fortnight ahead and published on your approval. Your first post goes out during the workshop, not someday.
  • Search and AI-era foundations ConfiguredStructured data, clear entity information and a technically sound base - easier for Google and AI systems to find, understand and accurately reference you. It compounds while you sleep.

Every lead source you rent stops the day you stop paying. This one does not.

A lead journey from enquiry to booked job
3. Win the enquiry

Every enquiry answered, qualified and booked - fast

  • Missed-call text-back and AI receptionist On by SaturdayBeing on the tools no longer means losing the job - missed calls get an instant text, and every new lead is texted and called within about a minute, qualified and offered times.
  • Booking calendar Taking bookingsWired to your real availability, with confirmations and reminders handled.
A weekly business summary showing enquiries, quotes and bookings
4. Run the business

Admin that happens without you remembering it

  • CRM and quote follow-up Configured and testedTwo pipelines, so every enquiry and every quote has a next step that actually happens - including the follow-up nobody enjoys sending.
  • Claude Code operator and tracking Set up with your business brainAn AI operator on your laptop for drafting quotes, summaries and answers about your numbers - with GA4 and Tag Manager measuring what actually produces enquiries.
  • The weekly owner routine Practised liveA 60-minute weekly rhythm to run all of it, plus your 60-day roadmap - so the machine keeps running long after the weekend.

Work that used to take five specialists. One owner, running it.

Honest fine print: two days installs the standardised foundation from proven templates. Deep customisation, campaign launch and tuning happen across the sixty days that follow - that is what the weekly calls are for. Google Ads is a module drop during those sixty days, not a workshop build.

The program

How the build runs

Chunked so two days is genuinely enough: the setup happens before the workshop, the building happens live, and the embedding happens across the sixty days after.

1

Apply and lock in your seat

Ten seats per cohort. A short call first, so we are sure the program fits your business before you pay.

2

Prework - 2 to 3 hours

The accounts and logins you need, each with a step-by-step guide. Non-negotiable, because it is what makes two days enough.

3

Configuration call - 2 hours

A Pipereply implementation consultant sets up your account with you: phone number, email, calendar, pipelines, mobile app. Tested end to end.

4

Two live days - Friday and Saturday

9:00 am to 3:30 pm AEST, live online, cameras on, building alongside the cohort with help on hand the moment anyone gets stuck.

5

Sixty days of dialling it in - not a bonus, the second half of the product

Weekly group implementation calls with both founders and milestone reviews at days 14, 30, 45 and 60: systems check, first performance review, campaign and follow-up tuning, content and search review, then your next roadmap. Module drops (including a Google Ads starter), a private community and every recording. The calls continue with your subscription after that.

Why us

Taught by the founders who run their company this way

This is not theory from a presenter who read about AI. It is the exact operating system Pipereply runs on - designed and engineered by people who build software and sell trade services for a living.

Founder-led, ten seats

Joern Haake runs both days himself, with years of Australian solar and trades sales behind him and a Pipereply implementation consultant alongside so nobody gets left behind. Ten seats means you build, not watch.

Engineered, not vibe-coded

There is a lot of AI slop out there. Pipereply is built by software developers: Mick Wiedermann (BComSci), a career software engineer with banking-systems experience who majored in large language models - and he is on the weekly calls with you.

Security from the first login

Every account is set up properly from day one: two-factor authentication, access hygiene, everything registered in your name. We teach the habits alongside the tools, because a business you cannot be locked out of is the point.

We run Pipereply on this exact stack

Our website, our SEO, our content, our tracking and our reporting run through Claude Code and the Pipereply platform every single day. You are copying a working system, not a slide deck.

Real trade results behind it

Pipereply's flagship, Solar AI-Q, runs lead handling for Australian solar companies - clients like G-Solar report roughly 40-50% less admin time and stronger sales conversion. This workshop hands you the same playbook, sized for you to run yourself.

You own your growth assets

Your domain, website, content, ad accounts, tracking and customer data stay yours permanently, along with the documented procedures. The CRM, business phone functionality, hosted automations and community run on the platform while you are a member. Own your core assets, use Pipereply to operate and connect them.

The value

Add up what you stop renting

Common Australian market rates for the things this program teaches you to run yourself:

A custom trade website from a developeroften $5,000+ once
An agency retainer to run your adstypically $2,000-3,500 a month
Social content managed for youoften $1,000-2,000 a month
An SEO retaineroften $1,000-2,500 a month

Rates vary by market and provider - these are common quotes, not a promise about your situation. Most owners rent two or three of these at once.

Trades AI-Q: $3,997 once, then $449 a month. Year one, all in, is about $8,500 (AUD, ex GST) - for the platform, the machine and the skill. And the core growth assets it builds are yours.

Then add what does not fit on a line item: quality content flowing every day across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Google, a website working to own your service area in search, and a phone that never lets a job go to voicemail.

Investment

Transparent pricing, on the page

No application maze to find out the number. One price, everything included.

$3,997 AUD, ex GST - everything below included
  • Two-hour configuration call: your Pipereply account set up and tested before day one
  • Two live workshop days (Friday and Saturday) with the founder, ten seats
  • The full template pack: trade website templates, campaign templates, prompt library
  • Weekly group implementation calls with both founders - included with your first two months
  • Private community, module drops and all session recordings
  • First two months of the Pipereply platform - unlimited contacts and users

From month three: $449 a month (AUD, ex GST) keeps the platform, your business phone number, automations, community and the ongoing calls. Cancel anytime - your website, domain, ad accounts and data stay yours either way.

Costs in your own name on top: your Claude subscription (from about $30 a month, plus roughly $200 to $300 of usage credits so you never run short mid-build across the weekend), a Cloudflare account for hosting (the free tier is genuinely enough; the paid plan is about $30 a month if you want the extra features) and whatever ad budget you choose to run. We keep those yours on purpose - transparency is the point.

Live online, Australia and New Zealand. The founding cohort runs 18 and 19 September 2026 at a one-time founding price of $1,997 - see the founding cohort.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use a smartphone and a laptop, you are exactly who this was designed for. Claude Code does the technical heavy lifting and we teach you to direct it. A Pipereply implementation consultant is on hand both days for anyone who gets stuck.

What do I need before the workshop?

About 2 to 3 hours of prework: a Claude subscription with usage credits enabled (budget roughly $200 to $300 of credits for the weekend so a limit never stops your build), Google and Meta business accounts, a domain, a Cloudflare account for hosting and some real photos of your work. You get a step-by-step guide for each, and we verify everything together on your configuration call.

Why Friday and Saturday?

Most trade owners keep Fridays light and Saturdays free, so the workshop costs at most one working day on the tools. It runs 9:00 am to 3:30 pm AEST (11:00 am to 5:30 pm in New Zealand) with proper breaks.

Is it really live?

Yes. Live online with cameras on, ten seats, and you building alongside the cohort, not watching a recording. Both days are recorded for reference, and the weekly calls catch anything you miss.

Is this SEO? Can you guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?

No, and nobody honestly can. What we build is the technical, content and authority foundation that makes your business easier for search engines and AI systems to find, understand and accurately reference - sound structure, clear service and location content, honest signals. That is the part you can own; rankings are the part nobody can promise.

Will this get me leads?

It builds you a lead engine: a website designed to convert, a campaign in your own ad account, speed-to-lead automation and a content engine. Results depend on your market, your offer and the budget you choose to run, so we do not promise numbers. What we do build is tracking that shows you exactly what is working, and the weekly calls help you tune it.

Why not just buy leads from the platforms?

Marketplace and three-quotes leads can be a useful top-up, and your new system will handle them fine. But shared leads put you in a race with several other businesses for the same customer, competing on price under a brand that is not yours. This program exists so your own brand, website and pipeline become the primary source - and bought leads become optional, not the lifeline.

What happens after the first two months?

The platform continues at $449 a month (AUD, ex GST), which keeps your CRM, phone number, automations, community and the weekly group calls. Unlimited contacts and users. Cancel anytime.

If I cancel, what do I keep?

Everything you built: your website, domain, tracking, ad accounts, content and your exported customer data. Only the platform pieces end with the subscription: the CRM, phone number, automations and community.

How is this different from Solar AI-Q?

Solar AI-Q is done-for-you: we build and run the system for solar companies. Trades AI-Q is done-with-you: you build it with us across two days and run it yourself, with the Pipereply platform underneath. Same philosophy, different level of involvement.

Can New Zealand businesses join?

Yes. The platform, phone numbers and everything taught in the workshop work in New Zealand, and the time zone lines up - two hours ahead of AEST.

Cohort one is open

Ten founding businesses build this with us on 18 and 19 September 2026, at a one-time founding price of $1,997 instead of $3,997. Applications are reviewed personally, and there is a full refund if it is not the right fit.
