A read-only audit
We connect with read-only access and review every contact, every opportunity and the recent history of every conversation. Nothing is changed, tagged or messaged until you approve the plan.
We read every contact in your database, start the right conversations and send your team only the people ready to talk.
Watch the 2-minute walkthrough
Every step on this page, from the read-only audit to the people who said yes. Captions are built in. Sample, illustrative data.
If you hold thousands of past enquiries, quotes and customers and want to revive them, segment them, upsell them or win them back, we are the people to talk to. If your list is a few hundred names, a simple follow-up from your own team will usually do the job.
One message to everyone is quick to send. It is also how sender numbers get flagged, past customers get annoyed and the best replies get buried while two people sort hundreds of messages by hand. Most teams only have a few people to take calls. They need the right people, at the right moment, and nobody else.
Complex behind the scenes. Simple for you.
Eight steps. We run the first seven with you. The eighth is yours: your team takes the calls and sells.
Years of people who already raised their hand. They know your name. Nobody has had the time to talk to them properly.
The bar is illustrative. Every database is different, and the audit in step 2 tells you exactly what is in yours.
This is where most reactivation campaigns cut corners, and where ours spends the most time.
We connect with read-only access and review every contact, every opportunity and the recent history of every conversation. Nothing is changed, tagged or messaged until you approve the plan.
Every contact lands in one group. Recency comes from the last real conversation, not the date a record was imported. Opt-outs, complaints, live deals and wrong numbers are held out before we count anyone.
What sold, at what size and price band, which options win, which quotes stalled and where, and who is ready for an upgrade. Product type comes from the data, not the label in your CRM.
People who wrote in recently or opened a quote and never signed. They go to your team as a call list, with a short text and email alongside.
Immediate, personalOpen, stale and lost quotes. A re-quote on today's offer, with a real reason to decide now.
Text and email, about seven touches over three weeksThey said not yet. We ask if now is the time, with a genuine, time-limited reason.
Text and emailThe offer plus one qualifying question, so only interested people reach your team.
Lighter cadenceA thank-you, a referral, a review, a service or an upgrade. Only after their job is complete.
Text and email, about four touchesBefore we build anything, you get the audit report. You approve the plan, change it, or stop there.
Sample report, illustrative data. Built with our own report template for a fictional company. Every name and figure is made up.
The offer, the hooks and the reason to act now come from your business. We shape them, write every message and test every path.
Built on the option your data says sells best, with a firm end date and one simple action: reply YES and a consultant calls.
A re-quote for unsold quotes, "ready now?" for leads who said not yet, an upgrade or referral for past customers.
True deadlines, a price hold, genuine limits on install slots or stock, and a value-add before any discount.
Every path is tested on test contacts first: yes by text, yes by email, stop, unsubscribe, out-of-office and free text.
The ladder stops the moment someone replies, books or opts out.
Urgency is always true. Under the Australian Consumer Law a deadline has to be a real deadline and a limited offer has to be genuinely limited. We only use what you can honour, and you approve every word.
Maria, our database reactivation agent, runs the conversations by text and email, with voice where it fits. Every reply is read and routed in seconds.
Short, plain messages from dedicated numbers, inside each contact's local sending hours, each with a working stop option.
From an authenticated domain, with your business details and an unsubscribe that works straight away.
Where it fits your customers and your offer. The yes call is always from a real consultant on your team.
Outside business hours, a yes gets a booking link straight away and a call at the start of the next window.
Three filters run for the whole campaign: one before anything is sent, one on every reply, and people watching throughout.
Every contact is filtered: opt-outs, the Do Not Call Register for anyone we call, complaints, live deals, people your team is already talking to, people who have already bought elsewhere, and wrong or non-mobile numbers. Every eligible contact is checked again the night before their message goes out.
An opt-out always wins first. A clear no is closed politely. A clear yes goes straight to a consultant callback. Anything unclear goes to a person.
Replies are triaged at least hourly in business hours, nothing is left unanswered, and every call can be recorded and analysed.
A yes is only worth something if the call that follows is a good one. So we look at the calls too.
Built for every client, password protected, and refreshed through the day. One page answers the questions that matter.
Behind the scenes there are audits, segments, number pools, reply routing and three filters. In front of you there is a dashboard and a list of people who said yes. Your team calls them, quotes them and sells. We run the rest, and tell you what to change each week.
Every trade has a reason to talk to past customers again. We build the campaign around yours.
Our deepest experience. Customers with panels and no battery, quotes that stalled on price, and solar-only installs on a battery-ready inverter.
Systems due for a service and ageing units ready for replacement before summer.
Switchboard upgrades, EV chargers, and solar and batteries for existing clients.
Hot water systems reaching the end of their life, and regular maintenance.
Referrals and reviews from happy customers, and the job they mentioned last time.
Messaging thousands of people who know your business is not something to do casually. These are the questions owners ask us, and our answers.
What can go wrongA blunt message to the wrong people, too often, from a sender nobody recognises.
How we prevent itOnly cleared contacts, a message written for their group, your business named as the sender and a working opt-out on every message. Complaints are watched against set limits, and sending pauses if they rise.
What can go wrongCustomers get a sales pitch while their job is still in progress, or get the same offer as a cold lead.
How we prevent itCustomers are contacted only after their job is complete, with their own softer message and fewer touches. Anyone who complained or said no recently is held out.
What can go wrongMessages without a clear sender or unsubscribe, calls to numbers on the Do Not Call Register, or deadlines that are not real.
How we prevent itEvery campaign is built to the Spam Act and ACMA rules, the Do Not Call Register for calls, the Privacy Act and the Australian Consumer Law. You approve every word before it goes out.
What can go wrongThousands of texts from one number in an afternoon look like spam to the carriers.
How we prevent itA pool of dedicated sender numbers, each with its own daily cap and a warm-up ramp. Sending is paced through the day, and delivery failures are watched so we can slow down or pause.
What can go wrongA made-up promise on savings, prices or install dates, or a "yes" read into a reply that never said yes.
How we prevent itThe AI works from your approved offer and copy, with no savings or install-date promises. A clear yes is matched exactly, never guessed. Anything unclear goes to a person.
What can go wrongHundreds of replies land in one inbox and the best ones wait a day for a call.
How we prevent itEvery reply is routed automatically. A yes goes straight to a consultant callback, and the dashboard lists who is waiting, oldest first. Anyone still waiting after two hours is flagged, and anyone waiting a day is escalated.
What can go wrongAn old opt-out that was never recorded properly, or an opt-out on one list that another list missed.
How we prevent itAn opt-out always wins first and is honoured straight away. We also read old conversations, so someone who once wrote "stop" is held out even if nobody tagged them. Everyone is checked again the night before they are sent to.
What can go wrongA customer in the middle of a quote gets a generic campaign message, and your consultant looks out of the loop.
How we prevent itAnyone with a live quote, an open job or a recent conversation is held out until that window passes. The campaign runs in its own pipeline and never moves, edits or deletes your records.
What can go wrongMore yes replies than your consultants can call, and warm leads go cold.
How we prevent itWe agree a weekly ceiling with you and release the campaign in waves sized to your team. If callbacks start to pile up, we slow down.
What can go wrongCustomer data copied into tools it should never be in, or changed by mistake.
How we prevent itRead-only access for the audit, and we never edit or delete your records. Credentials are stored encrypted, every client is isolated, the dashboard is password protected and no client data goes into any shared tool.
An out-of-office email once looked like a yes.
Now only a clear yes triggers a call.
A blunt "remove us" slipped past a short list of opt-out words.
Now the opt-out list is wide, and unclear replies are reviewed by a person every day.
A consultant was rung before business hours in another time zone.
Now every call window follows the consultant's own local time.
Compliance keeps you safe. Deliverability makes sure your messages actually arrive. A campaign needs both.
This is how we run campaigns, not legal advice. Your offer and message wording stay your decision, and we recommend your legal adviser reviews them.
A managed service, run by the founders. You deal with the people who designed the process.

Our process was developed and refined on database reactivation campaigns for Australian solar and battery businesses, on databases of many thousands of contacts. Every rule on this page exists because a real campaign needed it.
Results depend on your database, your offer and how fast your team calls back. We won't promise a number. We will show you every number, live, as it happens.

Database reactivation is a managed campaign that restarts conversations with people already in your database: enquiries that never booked, quotes that went quiet and past customers. Instead of chasing new leads, you talk to people who already know your business. Done properly, it starts with an audit, gives each group its own message, routes every reply and hands your team only the people who say yes.
Old enquiries and leads, unsold quotes (open, stale or lost), appointments that never became a quote, and past customers for a service, an upgrade, a referral or a review. People who opted out, complained, are in a live deal or recently spoke with your team are held out.
There is no fixed cut-off. What matters is when the last real conversation happened, so we measure recency from conversation history, not the date a record was imported. Older contacts get a lighter, different message. Quotes from a few months to a year ago often respond to a genuine deadline, because prices and circumstances have moved. The audit shows how warm each group is before anything is sent.
Every contact, every opportunity and the recent messages in every conversation, with read-only access. We check opt-outs and Do Not Call status, complaints, live deals and open jobs, recent conversations, existing follow-up sequences, wrong and non-mobile numbers, and what each person was quoted or bought. You get the findings in a report and approve the plan before anything is built.
Yes, when it is done properly. Marketing messages must follow the Spam Act and ACMA rules: a basis for consent, a clearly identified sender and a working unsubscribe that is honoured promptly. Calls must respect the Do Not Call Register, personal information is handled under the Privacy Act, and offers and deadlines must be true under the Australian Consumer Law. We build every campaign to those rules, and we recommend your legal adviser reviews your offer wording.
It can, if it is done as a blast. We hold out anyone who opted out, complained or said no recently, write a separate, softer message for past customers, contact customers only after their job is complete, cap the number of touches and stop the moment someone replies or opts out. Complaint and opt-out levels are watched daily against set limits that pause sending.
A blast sends one message to everyone and leaves your team to sort the replies. We audit and segment the database first, write a message for each group, pace sending across dedicated numbers in each contact's local hours, read and route every reply, and send your consultants only the people who said yes. You see leads, quotes and sales, not just messages sent.
Every reply is read straight away. An opt-out is honoured first, on every channel. A clear no is closed politely. A clear yes gets an instant text and a call from their consultant on your team. Outside business hours they get a booking link and a call at the start of the next window. Anything unclear goes to a person. Our team watches the conversations at least hourly in business hours, and your consultants take the sales calls.
In your own live dashboard, built for your business and password protected. It shows new leads, the funnel from yes to sold, who is waiting for a call (oldest first, per consultant), quotes and sales, and list and sending health. It refreshes through the day, and a sales insights page shows what to change on the calls each week.
Yes. The audit uses read-only access and we never edit or delete your records. Credentials are stored encrypted, each client is isolated, activity is logged, the dashboard is password protected and no client data goes into any shared tool. The integrations and platform security are designed by our co-founder Mick Wiedermann.
It suits any business with a substantial database of past enquiries, quotes and customers and a high-value product or service: solar and battery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other trade and home services. Solar and battery is our deepest experience. Results vary by business, database and offer.
Usually, yes. If you run Pipereply, we connect read-only. For other CRMs and job management systems such as Simpro, AroFlo or ServiceM8, we connect through an integration or work from an export, and the campaign runs on Pipereply alongside your existing system. We confirm the approach on your Strategy Call.
There is no hard minimum, but the full service is built for businesses with thousands of contacts. With a few hundred, a simple follow-up from your own team usually makes more sense, and we will tell you so on the call.
As a guide, the audit and report take a few days once we have read-only access, and building and testing takes about a week after you approve the plan. The campaign then runs in waves over around three weeks, longer for large databases. Bookings, quotes and sales keep coming in for weeks after.
Every campaign is scoped to your database, your offer and how much you want us to do, so we quote it on a Strategy Call. A fair price depends on what the audit finds, which is why there are no figures on this page.
Book a Strategy Call. We'll talk through your database, your offer and your team, and tell you plainly whether a reactivation campaign is worth running. Afterwards we send a few short questions about your database.
Book a Strategy CallNo pressure. No obligation. Just a straight conversation about your business.
